Book Appointments and order your authorised Repeat Medication Online

We are pleased to offer our patients the opportunity to book routine appointments with our GPs online and to order their authorised repeat medication. Initially, you need to obtain a unique personal log in from your surgery, please call in and ask a receptionist to print one out for you, you may be asked to produce some form of ID eg. Driving Licence, Passport etc.

Once you have your personal log in available, when required, click on the link button below and log in to book an appointment of choice or order your repeat medication if available.  Please note that all three surgeries appointments are on this list, so take care to book in at the correct site.  For ease, you can click on the dropdown menu to choose a specific site e.g. Pinfold Surgery.

Please note that not all appointments are available online and should you not find one that meets you requirements please contact your surgery as usual. If you are unable to order your repeat medication please telephone our repeat prescription line as usual for assistance.
